Armand's passion comes from applying his knowledge to  building computer and web applications. He has consulted for Droid Army cc as a full-stack web developer.  Prior to joining Droid Army cc, he worked as a HTML developer at Digital Solutions Group, and Pyramid Consulting Africa. He has delivered lectures at top colleges in Pretoria and Africa University for several years. He holds a BSc. in Computer Information Systems with Business Management from Africa University in Zimbabwe. His areas of interests lies within Web Application Development using Microsoft Technologies, Wordpress Development and ICT training facilitation.

Inutu is a seasoned consultant in management and administration. Her career spans multiple years of service provision to staff of the AU, SADC, Office of the President Ghana and Namibia, Office of the Prime Minister Lesotho, and ECOWAS Parliament amongst several others. She is passionate about organizational change and development through fostering a change in attitude of human resource towards service delivery, especially for people centered organizations. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Zambia, she was accepted for Masters studies in University of South Africa. Her areas of specialization includes but not limited to Performance Management, Protocol, Diplomacy and International Relations, Organizational Behavior and culture, Public Administration and Management.

Rudolf has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Zambia, and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He is a distinguished communicator and an excellent facilitator. He has spent multiple years in consulting roles, both within the private and public sectors in South Africa and Swaziland respectively. His areas of specialization includes Change Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Emotional Intelligence and Retirement Planning Management.
